I'm back from a Blogging break...

Well I haven't written in a while and I think mainly cause I'm having probs getting my pictures to unload from my camera...lame excuse so sorry! The weather finally turned here, no more freezing temps during the days (the nights are still cold but that's fine with us) and we have had a good time getting outside and breathing in the cherry blossoms and fresh air. I'm bound and determined this Spring to get to know my yard better and grow my green thumb.

Lots of things going on...Andrew and I finished Blooms Day on Sunday with a pretty poor time but the fact is that we finished the whole 7 1/2 miles of the race. We had a wonderful time in the sunshine walking and talking and as soon as I can get my picts off my camera I'll post the ones of us with our friend Rian and her sweet mother. The whole Blooms Day thing is so much fun, 50,000 people come to Spokane to participate and someday I hope to bring my boys.

The boys got a new swing set (new to them) and our neighbors graciously lifted it over their fence to ours since their kids were done with it. And every day since the boys have been on it almost as often as they can get outside.

I'm feeling antsy for continuous sunshine...and longing for this like none other....we are going in August and I wish it was tomorrow.
