Well all the build up came and went- what an amazing evening!! It always seems like things go by way too fast when you're really looking forward to them, doesn't it?
The Davenport was the perfect place to host the 100th year celebration of Spokane Seed Company, and I do believe everyone had a wonderful time! Andrew and I started out the evening by standing at the banquet room greeting everyone as they arrived and I loved that part because I was able to put faces with names I've heard my husband talk about. And the other great part was seeing industry faces that we've grown to call friends over the years. (I did however, have to stop a few times and remind myself of people's names, don't you hate that when you get overwhelmed and can't remember their names but you should?)

Here's a picture of our boys and us~ we had them come to the party for a little and I think they were a tad overwhelmed...I think Brandon will have a memory of this night though as he gets older, and that is really important to us. My AMAZING friend Shannon took the boys home for us and tucked their sweet heads into bed afterwards...thank you Shannon!!

If you look closely...(I swear I can't stand my camera...I'm shopping for a new one asap) these are the pins we wore on our clothing and they say Spokane Seed 100...it was very special to see everyone wearing them proudly.

Here we are after a few hours of mingling and drinking- I think Andrew looks so handsome in his "green" pea-colored shirt- which I picked out for him but had no intention of it actually going with the "pea" theme - funny how it worked out that way!

And this is just a general shot of the room and all the guests...what a memorable evening...there will be more photos to come- everyone else took pictures too and I will share them when I get 'em :-)
So, now, today, I nurse this hangover I aquired last night - I'm not as good at drinking as I used to be in my COUG days!
