Our Christmas

Does anyone else feel like it came and went and now what? :-) We had a wonderful Chrsitmas and it was the first one really with our boys where they both were so excited and completely understood the anticipation and excitement! Cameron really got into opening presents, and Brandon was reading the tags this year (he's reading!) to hand out the presents! It was a whirlwind in our livingroom and afterwards I just thought, man, I don't remember getting this many gifts when I was a child...the sheer volume of presents was crazy! (Santa went way overboard this year...oops)

We had a wonderful dinner at G'Angie's Xmas Eve and stuffed ourselves silly. The boys each got to open one present Xmas Eve and they chose one from under Grandma's tree. Here they are making silly faces with their "Grangie"...

And then Christmas morning...

The Wii was a big hit and we've had lots of fun learning how it works- I think my favorite game is bowling and the boys LOVE MarioKart!

So now we move on to New Year's and all to come in 2009. I'm looking forward to what this next year brings...I'm just so thankful for all we have in 2008 and hoping the next year we continue to be oh-so-blessed :-)
