Have you ever been to Manito park on the South Hill of Spokane? If not, next time you're in town I will take you! This has to be my absolute favorite place in all of Spokane, and we make several trips up every year to walk the gardens and play in the fountains. On Sunday we did just this, and our little trip included a fun time at the new Splash Pad for kids up there. I think I could spend hours walking and smelling the beautiful air...
Wow this week is going by fast...isn't summer time supposed to be relaxing? Lately I feel like I've been more busy now then I was last month during school time!
This weekend I'm looking forward to spending time with friends and relaxing, filling up my "cup" with good girlfriend talk, and diggin' deep for patience as I take them on a short little road trip by myself (Andrew is golfing). Ahhh, the joys of summertime!
