Once a Year...

Hello from Keystone, CO!! Every July I join Andrew at the U.S. Dry Bean Convention (hahaha, laugh all you want...there are alot of "bean" people in the U.S. and I've heard all the bean jokes throughout the years!!) and it's our little vacation together. This year we are up in Keystone, CO., a ski resort area that is absolutely beautiful...mountains and a lovely little creek running next to our condo. We went out to dinner last night to the Ranch resturant and had one of the nicest dinners ever- 6 courses, accompanied by champange and wine all night long...half way through dinner I got what the locals say is an "altitude headache"- we are at about 7000 feet and the altitude really got to me. Today is better- lots of water and rest made it go away ;-) This is the view from my little condo to the left...
