The heck with "January"...

I am SOO far behind on my Blog that I don't really know where to start!

This past month has been extremely busy, I feel like a new year has begun since we have so many different "new" activities and routines! I really do think that September should mark the beginning of a year, rather than January! It would make more sense since january always seems so boring ;-)

So to start, Cam began preschool right after Brandon's entrance into 1st grade...he absolutely loves "teacher Erin" and going to school with some familiar faces that he already knows. I am inlove with how stinking cute he is, and how he is so eager to be a big-boy! Here we are posing in the classroom:
We picked out this backpack from Pottery Barn Kids and I had it engraved with his name. Sofar it's really helping him learn the letters of his name better- it's multipurposeful!!
How time really does fly, we are adjusting to a brand-new routine filled with both my boys in school and 2 mornings a week where I get to have a few hours to myself. WHAT is that like you may ask? ahhhh...pure heaven!! hahaha! I've spent a few mornings working out with no time limit, an impromtu coffee meeting with friends, some leisurely strolling through shops with no one hanging on my legs or stepping on my feet while whining about lack of snacks. Again, heaven.
So moving on...this last weekend we had a wonderful time in Coure D'Alene with Andrew's extended family. We rented a few cabins up at Black Rock Golf Course and ate, shared stories, reconnected, and made wonderful new memories. Here's a few picts from our time together:

Now back to reality (and hopefully keeping with up with this 'ol Blog of mine) and this new routine...wish me luck ;-)

So jealous of your school aged boys! I finally broke down yesterday and called a preschool. We are going to tour the place and get on their waiting list. I seriously dropped the ball on getting him in. You should have really let me know what I'd be missing out on!!! I'm still trying for that trip....I'll let you know!
