It's official, I now have a 2nd grader. He and his lovely long sun-kissed hair will be enjoying a short summer break before he embarks on another journey as a 2nd grader. I feel old.
He's SO big!!
I got to spend some time with my niece this past weekend (she's almost 7 months old now) and boy is she a crack up. Sitting up all big and waving to her auntie =) She does a "wimper" whenever any of the men in our family look or speak at her and it just cracks me up...she's rather timid of newer faces and she wimpers like "is this ok that this person is looking at me?"
oh her sweet cheeks are so soft and I love kissing her...
