This is the first step Angela...pull out the card from your wallet...lay the card on the countertop...leave it there so in the morning you see it and put on your running shoes...with shoes on you pick up the card and drive to the gym. Perhaps if I follow these steps, I shall finally find myself on a treadmill tomorrow. I need a good kick in the butt to get motivated!!

We both need to get our asses in gear! What are your goals? Maybe we need to stop late night eating and keep each other accountable to the gym. We need to live closer. :)
