wow it's been a long time since I've posted and I apologize...I guess we've been really busy these past two weeks and so I'm here to do a little "filling in" :-)

I feel refreshed, thanks to a short trip to Mexico that Andrew and I took for a convention for work. We were only there really 3 days, but the setting and warmth was enough to refresh and renew me...I felt bad for Andrew as he didn't get the R & R I did with having to be in meetings all day...but what else was I supposed to do but lay by the sea and pool with a Pina Colada in hand? A girl's gotta do what is best...hehehe.

Spring is here, thank goodness! I have a real itch to get out in my yard and make it look "happy" this spring...I'm really looking forward to the next few weeks as we do a few fun projects on our home and then a little traveling over to Seattle to catch up with friends....so yesterday we spend the afternoon at Manito Park and walked all around looking at the lilacs in bloom and letting the boys explore the fresh air. It was a perfect day- the kind of day where I am in awe of the beauty of Spokane. Also, I cut the boys' hair yesterday- don't they look sweet?

So then last night my sister, Shannon and I went to see Carrie Underwood at the Arena...OMGosh she is an amazing singer. I was amazed at the strength in her vocals and how sweet she is. It was a very fun night and I'm so glad we went...
